Good artwork can be the key to a quality finished design. We accept most major formats including .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .tif, .png as well as vector formats .ai, .cdr, .doc, etc...

Vector image formats are ideal, but if you don't have that please note that raster art or a scanned image is preferred over faxed images. Artwork can be sent via email.

Most designs are delivered via email with a scanned stitchout. For an additional charge, we will deliver UPS, DHL, or Fedex. If requested, we will also send out a stitched sample.

Our delivery time is 2-3 working days. We can usually accommodate rush orders. Large or complicated designs may require additional time and may be quoted accordingly. Minor edits can be done within the hour.

We do not charge based on stitch count. Designs are quoted based on complexity and hourly rate. Please verify all designs prior to digitizing. In some instances we may suggest changes to artwork where there is excessive detail, or the lettering is too small.
